- Create a rating tool for the product or service.
- List the factors for rating the product's quality and then rate your product or service from 1 to 10 (1 as the lowest, 10 the highest) for each factor.
- Include reasons for each of the ratings that you assigned to the product or service.
- Calculate an overall average rating for the product or service to see where it falls on your 1 to 10 scale.
