Conflict Resolution Paper

Instructions:

1. This eight page paper should describe and analyze a negotiation or conflict from a business environment. 
   1. The key model for the paper is the five step conflict resolution model covered in the course integrating all the principles learned in all workshops.
   2. Alternative resolutions and recommendations on how the conflict could have been handled differently must be included. 
   3. There must be evidence of scholarly research and practical application of principles learned during this course. 
   4. Students may choose a domestic or international corporate conflict that is currently or recently in the media or an internal conflict experienced through work.
2. Both form and content will be graded, so be certain you use proper grammar, sentence structure and syntax, correct punctuation, and spelling.  Keep in mind that your insights are much more important than rehashing what the text says.
3. Save your work as one Word document.
4. When you have completed your assignment, save a copy for yourself and submit a copy to your instructor using the Dropbox by the end of the workshop.
