In each of our courses, we attempt to make a connection between comprehension of the course material and serving the interest of one or more of the Saint Leo University core values. The core values addressed in this course are integrity, respect, and community. During the course, we have explored how a given compensation structure, or a given feature of a compensation structure, would serve those core values. Choose one of the three core values mentioned, give an example of a compensation structure or a feature of a compensation structure, and describe how it serves the core value you have chosen.
