Team: Research and development -New product and strengthen the product portfolio

Part 1: Please form a research and development team and assume you are the leader of this team. Produce a written action plan (1000 words) that clearly demonstrates how your team would meet its commitment to the achievement of the selected goals/objective.

The action plan should clearly show what the team can do to help achieve the selected goal, action plan should include: number of staff required, time horizon, who is responsible for the assigned task, any resources or budget from coco cola, research cost and method, what is your target customer and various stage.

Part 2: Reflect on your experience of the group work activity you have undertaken.  Using both the theory you have learned and your personal journal, provide written feedback (500 words) to the rest of the group relating to how the group functioned, particularly in terms of what went well and what might have been improved.
