Companies need to promote diversity within the workplace because it is the fair thing to do. Diversifying the workforce of a company is the right thing to do in today’s society and companies need to respect that. If a company does not keep up with modern morals and values than it could be left in the dust by other similar companies that do take advantage of diversity and use it to their advantage. Besides being the right thing to do diversifying could benefit some companies.
