In this assignment you will develop a coaching document on how to negotiation with people from your culture.

Procedure

1.Prepare a coaching document on how to negotiate with people from your culture.
2.Include a description of what to do and what to avoid doing when attempting to successfully negotiate with people from your culture. Be as specific as possible.
3.Where necessary, differentiate your advice for women and men.
4.Include both behavioral and more general advice.
5.Be sure to include recommendations to what to do and avoid doing during the first five minutes of contact.
6.Where possible, give the underlying cultural reason for commending specific behaviors.
