Civil engineering transportation project

I have a a project for my civil engineering class. I need to make a scope for this project so the task is to do this scope. view the project background in the attachments to see the main problem. and you have four streets the red one (altarnative 1) is krome ave. and the green one (alternative 3) is SW 157th ave. and the yellow one (alternative 2) is not existed so it need counstuction. and the white dashed one ( alternative 2) is not existed so need counstruction as well view the picture inside one of the attachments so you can see the alternatives and in the picture it shows the streets after the project is done. So the red one and the green one they need to expand to add more lines and need to construct the part in the top to connect them becuase it dosent exist and the yellow and white ones they dont exist at all so we need to build them. So try to explain the problem and write about how each alternative is good, what is the criteria of each of them, what is the best alternative (choose the yellow one) and why. How is everyone in order to construction, cost, how it will effect the enviroment, social impact for example when building a new street people will start moving near from the street and building houses around it. how is the traffic will be during the consruction of each street and how the traffic flow will move to another street to avoid the traffic jam because of the construction because during the construction we will close one line at least and the construction for the treet will be devided into parts to reduce the traffic. so write about each of them dont say the yellow one because this and that. try to give the good thing of each alternative and the bad thing and then choose the yellow one and say the reason why you choose it and why you didnt choose the other ones. write from 1-1and half page. this is a engineering assignment not english so try to give the whole ideas.
