Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease - severe copd. I have trouble sleeping. I use a triology ventolator at night. dr prescribed it cause my nose stuffs up and I cannot breath thru my nose while laying down. I prop my head with two pillows. I still feel like there is great pressure while lying down and cannot breath. I have to sit up for about 20min then I can go back to sleep. Happens after lying down for about 5-6 hours. My question is do the foam wedges work for anyone or does anyone else have this problem?
