Include a brief description of current strategy, policies and practices; any strengths and weaknesses; the interface of logistics and SCM activities with other functional areas; and any logistics and SCM management techniques or technology currently in use.
The report should also recommend any changes your firm might make to improve its overall logistics and SCM strategy.
Where appropriate, tables, diagrams and relevant appendices may also be included to enhance andillustrate your discussions.
