Choose ONE topic from the following: class, status, power, ethnicity, age or gender. You can use imagery/creative medium to reflect on their role as health workers and to describe their journey thus far.  Write a reflective paper highlighting using the format provided below. 

Reflection offers the opportunity for students to consider how their personal experiences and observations shape their thinking. Reflection encourages students to explore their own ideas about a text or source material and to express their opinion rather than summarize the opinions of others. In addition, reflective analysis enables students to acknowledge that thoughts are shaped by assumptions and preconceived ideas.  While students should maintain a formal tone, t is acceptable to write in the first person and to use personal pronouns.
