Choose one of these that you can change and measure, examples are: time management, stress reduction, budgeting, healthy living (can include weight loss, diet management and exercise), smoking cessation, improvement of speaking and communication skills. Follow the “Plan” step of the PDSA Improvement model by 1) determining what to change, 2) define what the ideal situation would be, and 3) how much time it will take you to change. This is your AIM statement. Also explain why you pick the topic you chose. Length (at least 250-350 words). PDSA means Plan, Do, Study and Act ( For example what Plan i took to loss weight, things i have to Do to keep the weight off, Study means what did I do wrong or what lesson did I learn, and the Act that I had to do for weight to come off)
