a) describe the type of social movement it is and why (See Barkan, page 371 or Chapter 14, section 4);
b) describe ONE of the elements of this social movement (see Tegrity powerpoint lecture);
c) discuss the various kinds of impacts this movement may have had on American society and culture;
d) discuss what you think your own personal involvement (or non-involvement) in this movement would have been at the time and why.

Be sure to cite any outside sources that you use to get this information (I am not particular about citation styles--MLA, Chicago, APA, etc., as long as I can find your source easily).
