Choose an organization, publicly or privately held, profit or nonprofit and provide a financial analysis of past and current operations.

1) Provide a brief history of the organization and explain its Mission and Vision.

2) Analyze and identify the type of management style(s) that is(are) implemented in the organization and gauge their effectiveness by using the assessment techniques you’ve learned in class.

3) Give an overall view of the market analysis of the firm.

4) Implement SWOT analysis and use the Boston Consulting Group Matrix for its Strategic Business Units, if applicable.

5) Determine a strategy for the organization, make your recommendation then explain your decision and be prepared to defend.
