Choose a process of your own organization or a Case Study. Chosen process should be interesting to you, special or different from traditional approaches, and potentially interesting to fellow students. The process should have:

At least 3 participants;

Minimum 10 different steps.

Describe the process with words in writing and map it in visual format (BizAgi).

It should be visible in the description and on the map the responsible persons, owner of the process, related documents, references to interconnected processes, clear beginning and end of the processes.

Analyze the process and highlight the problematic issues.

Make proposals for process improvement, incl. optimization.

Upload the process map (pdf or jpg) and the description in writing; the latter needs to include the analysis of the process and the performance indicators. The process (incl. problematic issues, optimization proposals, KPIs) has to be presented to fellow students in order to get passed. Student has to explain why this process was chosen, what makes it special.

The homework has to be uploaded to the Forum (each student initiates new discussion topic) at least 3 days before presentations so that another student could evaluate it. Student has to evaluate one homework of a fellow student additionally to creating his/her own work. The evaluation has to be written as feedback to the process in the Forum before the presentations. The evaluation has to cover the following:

Process clarity and logic;

Problematic issues selected by author and proposed improvements (their justification and usefulness of improvement proposals);

KPIs (whether and how they measure the process performance).

Only one evaluation can be provided per process. The evaluator has to be present during the process presentation in order to provide his/her evaluation also verbally.
