Choose a decision problem that you might encounter in your daily work similar to those we have seen in the overviews of this course. Some examples for such a business problem are as follows:
Resource allocation
Scheduling shifts
Transportation and network problems
Create a four- to five-page document (APA style) containing the following parts:
Title page
Description of your problem
Description of the objective of this problem (minimize or maximize)
Description of the constraints of this problem
Definition of the variables and the relationships among the variables
Formulation of a model to facilitate the everyday operations that would alleviate or eliminate the problem
You should create a graphic that clearly explains your model and the relationship of its parts.
You should also include a description in your paper of the model and how it would help with the problem you identified
