Expected outcomes 1. If good (how can the policy be enhanced) 2. If bad (how can the policy be revised) 2. Take a comprehensive look at the impact of the policy outcomes and discuss the impact at each applicable level. i. Levels of Impact 1. Company Level 2. Employee Level 3. Community Level 4. Other stakeholders if applicable   3. Requirements: i. 5-6 pages (not including cover page and references) ii. Include charts and graphs if applicable iii.
