Child labor is a serious problem, the people who practice it or encourage it should be punished. because child have to get education, if not their future will be spoiled and it will become a drawback to the nation, so thats why child labor has to be stop. in India, one of the world's fastest-growing economies, the UN estimates that child labour contributes 20 per cent of gross national product. the government has banned child labour, but with even the lowest official estimate of children engaged in hazardous occupations standing at 12.6 million, India still has the largest number of child labourers under the age of 14 in the world. the ethical issues are, when a family with consists of many people, but do not have income levels, they usually make their child to work and earn some money. to lead their lives, it is the only source of income to the family. all the people who involve and encourage, all they are stakeholders only. one best example is, SIVAKASI ( is a place in TAMILNADU, which produces match boxes and crackers) is the place, where majority of the child labor used in production. so, many of the communities banned to use the products from SIVAKASI. so, directly or indirectly all people who involves this issue are responsible only. every parent expects and looks for bright future of their childern. because of many economic, finacial and social obligations they convert their child as workers. if goverments able to provide proper income facilites to their families, the problem can be minimized. and there is huge variation and discrimination in Indian education system. it is the base for many issues and problems. if governements are able to solve this issue, the remaining issues will be settled automatically.
