What are competitive priorities? Examine a few companies that you do business with and see what competitive priorities they have that draw you in.

In my PPT (no.7), I talk about Porter's generic competitive strategies. Google then read what these generic strategies are and how they compare with competitive priorities.

In my PPT (no.8), comment on Drucker's statement on performance measurement. Learn about effectiveness vs. efficiency. Develop three or more KPIs to measure your performance at CSUSB.
