Follow the directions to conduct a stakeholder analysis from the third session.

1. On the first page, identify the stakeholders (at least 5 stakeholders) with a short description of who they are and how they influence or are affected by the project.

2. On the following page, form the stakeholder analysis matrix and place your stakeholders in the right spot.

3. On the final page, follow directions from the stakeholder analysis framework to suggest strategies for dealing with each of the stakeholders.
