3) With any ERP Implementation Project, roles need to be defined and responsibilities properly assigned. In the case it was mentioned that for each department,a key user was selected and made responsible for the module associated with his/her department. Based on the case and
in your own words, explain why this action was so valuable to the project.
4) The case mentioned strategies and various methods of compliance used by KEDA management to get this project to completion. Do you believe that these strategies and methods used in this case are generally applicable to any ERP Implementation Project? Why or Why Not?
