Dispute resolution and Mediation
CASE STUDY:
You Case study is a choice between 4.2 and 4.3 from Chapter 4 on pages 82 and 83 respectively.
You must (1) state your rationale (why) for choosing either one in a 300-word statement, and (2) respond to the discussion questions in each case in an approximate 800-word essay.
Case study 4.2 has 2 questions that you must address and study 4.3 has 3 questions.
Each case study should be approximately 1100 words (about 4 pages including your rationale for choosing a case which should serve as an introduction).
Essay must be double-spaced. Relevant academic or professional sources are recommended. Cite your sources and references using APA format.
Use of relevant theories from textbook chapters is mandatory.
It is expected that you:
•demonstrate an understanding of the of appropriate conceptual frameworks by fully explaining the arguments and terminology.
•illustrate the relevance of the issue to the course by applying theoretical concepts presented in our readings.
