For this assignment you should presume that you have been hired as a business consultant.

You are to prepare an analysis of the business in its current state AND provide a number of important recommendations on how they should move forward in the future.

As a business consultant you are required to critically evaluate ALL the areas of the business and make a number of key, directional recommendations on the future growth and profitability of the business.

This is an individual assignment.

Your report must use 11/2 line spacing with 12-point fonts and must be 5 - 7 pages in length.
