Can you please help me with this feedback in re-structuring my paragraph.

Question:

  • Explain how you could use your awareness of your own feelings and those of the employee to adapt your response so that the following needs are satisfied:
    • your needs (emotional needs, need for team cohesiveness, need to meet performance standards)
    • employee's needs (emotional needs, need to develop and perform within a team environment).

My answer:

Having the awareness of my personal feelings as well as of others is very helpful to understand the extent to which personal emotions can be secured??? at a sufficient level. This awareness improvises a feeling of team work and hence the individual as well as the team's performance which as such enhances to maintain quality performance standards. < This sentence needs to be re-worded

The need for team cohesiveness also comes into effect here. The awareness helps to understand employees' needs so that emotions of other employees are secured in a good way through giving them full respect in the team environment and cooperating with them to the highest degree. The use of awareness of feelings helps satisfy my personal and the team needs regarding personal feelings as well as to understand to a degree, the personal emotions that can be obtained at a sufficient level. The need to develop and perform within a team environment at a significantly high level is as important to me as to everyone else cooperating in the team.

< This paragraph needs 'What principles of emaotional intelligence does this reflect? '

'Research and state the source of the research.'

The bold writing is feedback and information changing needed from my Tafe.
