Can someone help me to solve this Business Law question?

Violet O. Lynn was the fiddler in the country band named Rorrie Rank and the Fiddling Fools. Violet has decided to leave the country music business and take a job as a SCUBA instructor in Macadenieri, an island in the Adirondack Mountain area of New York State. After 8 years of SCUBA instruction, Violet has decided to open a dive equipment shop and enter the world of retailing.

Violet contracted with SCUBA Stuff, Inc. Whereby SCUBA Stuff, Inc, was to provide Violet with 100 wetsuits to be sold in Violet's dive shop. The wetsuits are made using the absolute newset material in wetsuit gear. The material is a combination of silicone and dipolire, which when combined produces the lightest and most durable wetsuit on the market. A truly custom venture.

The contract indicates the each suit will be sold to Violet for $250 with a total shipping cost of $500. The suits will arrive via transport no later than May st. Violet has pre-sold 85 of the suits for $699 each. Delivery of the suits to the presold customers from Violet's drive shop would be no later than May 20 th. Violet was excited at this retailing arrangement and told the SCUBA  Stuff, Inc, salesperson that her excitement was overwhelming.

On April 25th SCUBA Stuff, lnc, called Violet and told Violet that the contract for the wetsuits could not be performed by May 1st. In fact, cannot be performed ever.

Violet seeks your legal advice. She asks, "What should I do? I am so worried that my pre-sold customers ll never shop at my store again. Do I get ang money for this situation?
