Can someone help me paraphrase this pragragraph. it's about a strategic recomendation for the olive oil company:

Our customer who come into the shop are overwhelmed with all the choices of oils and vinegars to choose from. Many of them have expressed a desire to get recipes and want to learn more about how to use the product. In fact, we have had numerous individuals come to our check out area and ask if we offered any sort of cooking class that uses our oils and vinegars. We have made the decision to combine forces with the Cooking studio across the building from our shop to offer a simple early saturday afternoon cooking classes for folks.

Folks will sign up on our webpage for the class on a first come, first serve basis. Our class will hold about 10 to 15 people MAX and we will charge $25 per person.

This class will give folks the opportunity to make a specific recipe with a chef using ingredients that we have provided that incorporate our oils and vinegars in the recipe!

We will also discuss the benefits of oils and vinegars ,what makes our high quality product so unique, and different tricks folks can use in their cooking to really bring out the flavors of our product!

Our part time employee Robin is a retired chef and currently invents all the recipes we currently use in the shop!

She would instruct this class and help walk folks through making their own lunches.

Folks would each get their own oil and vinegar samples and a recipe card to take home with them at the end of the session and we will move to a different recipe the next month for employees!

Increase in monthly revenues of 9.6%, assuming ? of our customers take the class and the class is only offered 1 saturday a month (and initial monthly revenue is $1000)

Our industry is already booming, but we could become more successful if we think of an innovative way to show more people what we are about and what our product can do for them. FoCo is such an interesting small town lived in by people who cater to the entrepreneurial spirit and are often looking for things to do. If we cater to this culture, our company will become even more involved in the community and we will continue to see success in our business. Not to mention, we will gain more olive oil fans! A support group is always desired.
