Can my mum hold my daughter if social workers haven't said that she needs to remain in my mums care? Im really getting very stressed out cause of social work keeping me in the dark about the allegations that were raised about my ability to cope with my daughter my mum said that someone had dobed me to social works about me dragging my daughter down the road by the hair all I done was grabbed her under the arms to prevent my daughter falling on the road Ive contact out of hrs social work and they said that all the notes are positive but my daughter is so upset that my mum wont let her come home if I lift my daughter pending enquiries will they go for a child protection order I suffer from depression and on mediation.
