Case study:

Sam is 22 years old and the psychology undergraduate student at local university. He comes in therapy stating which he has stage fright. He cannot do presentations as he feels scared. His limbs tremble and states that: “It’s so horrible! I sweat and stammer. I can’t hold anything in my hand as it would fall and, I just pray not to fade!” To manage his stress he smokes like a chimney before and after his presentations. He remains nervous as far as a week before and ruminates about the situation which affects his relationships with his friends and family. He feels useless and incompetent.
