By reading up to date articles you can keep current in whatever area you decide to pursue personally as well as professionally.

Select a recent article (past 90 days) that demonstrates leadership in action; specifically, leadership that either supports the concepts of transformational leadership or leadership that seems to operate in contrast to the concepts.

The article should be related to teams or team leadership.

Note: This must be a different article than any others used in the course.
