Assessment Description:

Read the Case Study: Diversification at Hubbard's Foods and complete the questions listed below.

• Discuss and analyse the growth of Hubbard's Foods since it was established?
• Analyse the wider business environment in New Zealand. How did it impact on the growth of Hubbard's Foods?
• Discuss the diversification strategy that Hubbard's food must develop in order to be successful in the market?
