The town of Surette must decide whether an abandoned building should be developed into private office space or a new community center. The town of Surette has few such options available, and citizens have been requesting public facilities that offer social and athletic programs. Several corporate sponsors have expressed interest in funding the conversion of the building in return for naming rights to the building. As a community center, the building could also host events that could generate revenue for the town.
