1. When I was young, the ebook was considered as substitution of book during class. Every teacher were expecting that ebook will become common. Unfortunately, It is not common to study with ebook yet, however, it is still considered as educational material in the future. What is the future of the ebook industry? The ebook industry has brilliant future. The ebook is not just a electronic book. It contains enormous many contents which are visible graphs, touchable picture, etc. Our trend has been changed to be more visual ,and favored experiencing. Thus, the ebook could be suit for future class book.

In the current, there are many well-made electronic books such as I-pad , samsung pad etc. Those electronic things are definitely comfortable to use for studying. In terms of cost, Those prices are relatively cheaper compared to previous costs. Therefore, the ebook industry in the future is bright. However, few publishers states that ebooks are falling for some reason. Yet, according to the article "No, e-book sales are not falling, despite what publishers say" by Mathew Ingram, the author raise a question that in a sense, Thompson says, publishers and others in the industry who are celebrating the New York Times story are missing the forest for the trees. They are cheering the fact that print is holding up when overall book sales are either flat or declining (in part because of high prices) even as other forms of digital content are growing.

So then, what is the advantages of ebooks over standard books? first, many amounts of trees are not required to be made for paper. Also, one ebook can be infinite book which means it can be any of book. Another advantage is that ebook is portable. We can carry it anywhere, anytime without any physically hard. More and more, in terms of knowledge, the ebook can be a proper alternative. We can search for awareness of things from book on E-book. As E-book have such advantages, it could be a good alternative. Nevertheless, It also have disadvantages over standard ebooks.

According to the article "Free Unlimited ebooks" by Dylan love, the author asserts that E-books also require hardware and that hardware costs money. Best-case scenario, you'll use Amazon's free Kindle app on some device you already have. Likewise, ebook cost is considered as expensive. As it has two side of feature, many people can not expect easily that whether ebook could take the place of standards books in the future or not. For me, I think that ebook can take the place of standard books in the future. Due to being familiar with smart-electronic things, 10,20,30,40 generations can easily adapt ebook. E-book future is infinitude. I expect that going to school without heavy book

2. About seven years ago when eBooks were starting to rise on the forefront, it was more of a convenience matter than an actual enhancement of the experience. A small little kindle could hold thousands of books and give you the convenience of not having to carry all of them around. However, as the years passed people started to realize that these ereaders were almost no different from publishing. They were simply on a screen. Besides the convenience factor there was nothing else special about them.

Recently, studio designers in London have been creating more innovative ereader programs that create an interactive and engaging platform for ereaders. Rather than just flipping page to page these ereaders are designed more like an app and feel a lot more exciting than the simple kindle readers. (Stinson, 2016) The article continues to talk about how ereaders are headed in the direction of becoming more interactive. They say that continuing on this path of mimicking publication could set the ereader industry back a bit if companies choose not to adapt.

Another article goes more in depth explaining how the only way for eBook sales to increase is through innovation. In recent years the sales of eBooks has been rather stagnant compared to their booming sales when they first started. Now that everyone and their mother own a smartphone it is becoming less and less of a necessity for people to purchase eBooks and their tablets. (Rosenberg, 2015)

The future of eBooks is going to be innovation and creating a more engaging platform for readers. Currently the advantage of eBook tablets is the convenience of being able to obtain any book at any time any place. As well as being able to store all of them in one place in a compact little portable tablet. Another advantage is being Sable to read in the dark and not having to carry around a book light. Basically the eBook industry runs on convenience.

I would say the only advantages of a regular book are having something tangible and having it easier to flip through and perhaps find your favorite part. Personally I have never used an eBook tablet so I cannot say that I like it better but I cant imagine reading an entire book as I would on the Internet. I would say reading a regular book is easer on the eyes perhaps.

I definitely don't think that eBooks will completely take the place of standard books in the future. I know that currently many Barnes & Noble bookstores are going out of business but I think that is because amazon is much cheaper and much more convenient especially with their amazon prime service. Personally I love to have a standard book and it is a lot more fun to collect. I could see how it could be appealing to someone who is limited in storage.
