Bose makes extreme hi-end noise cancelling headphones for use in professional studios. The demand for the head phone model BHP-301 is dependent on the price it charges as defined by the equation, P = 2,700 - 0.0135 D, where P is the price in dollars and D is the demand in units. The fixed cost is $18.6 million per year. Variable cost = $1,080 per headphone. You are asked to develop an XL solution, like the way we did in the class.

Print the following columns with proper headings: Price, Demand, Revenue and Total Cost. Let the price change by one dollar between the rows (you will have lot of rows, but that is fine, you are printing only a select few as explained below.

Print only the following rows. This can be accomplished by hiding the other rows (use Format to do this)

The first three rows showing the row headings

The row corresponding to the maximum revenue, along with the one or two rows above and below that row

The row corresponding to the maximum profit, along with the one or two rows above and below that row

The row corresponding to the first break-even, along with the one or two rows above and below that row

The row corresponding to the second break-even, along with the one or two rows above and below that row

The last three rows

So overall, you will print enough rows that can be easily printed on a page, portrait mode. The entire thing can be neatly laid out on one page. To improve readability you may colorize those using different colors for revenue, profit and break-even. You may use very light shade if you don’t have color printer. It is your responsibility to make the lines clearly distinguishable.

Create a good looking graph. The graph should show demand on the x-axis and revenue curve and total cost line on y-axis. Show proper titles for the graph and the two axes
