Bill is the Student Government Association President at a community college who is planning the annual school barbeque. His budget is extremely limited. However, 25% of the student population at his college is either Muslim or Jewish (neither of whom eats pork for religious reasons, nor are they vegetarian). Student government funds come from the student activities fees paid by all students.
