Below is the description of the final project I need to complete for this course but I'm having trouble finding specific companies in which will have all the requirements on the list.

CORPORATION PROJECT

1. Choose two Publicly Traded companies.

2. Research two (2) publicly traded companies,

they must be in the same industry, for example two telecom companies, two

pharmaceutical companies, two software companies, two oil companies etc. 

3. Submit a detailed analysis of the legal status of each company. (6-8 Pages)

Analysis must include:

1. Comparison based upon the rights of shareholders in the BYLAWS,(do shareholders have any limitations that give the board too much power etc.)

2. Status with the SEC ( are there violations, fines or investigations)

3. Legal status, all relevant lawsuits (summarize all relevant lawsuits, from shareholders, competitors, the government, creditors and third parties),

4. Antitrust action (violations, fines or investigations)

5. Other relevant government action against them by any government agency(FDA, EPA, FCC, FTC etc.)

Draft an organized opinion highlighting the pros and cons of each company

based on your research. 

Each company and each topic must be separated by paragraphs with bold headings.

Assignment should be

between 6-8 pages typed

All references must be cited!!

** This is not a financial analysis. Do not include stock price history or forecast, this is a legal analysis, and you need to research and find any legal issue that could headline and affect the stock.
