Assessment:
The student was still depressed with lots of anxiety during the beginning of the counseling program and had not accepted himself and acknowledged that he was smart. After two days of counseling he started showing signs of changing. He even boosted of how he was able to tackle a math problem by his own. By the end of the week he was so happy about himself. He was able to play freely with other kids in the neighborhood.
