Assessment Context and Task The assessment is designed for students to apply fundamental quality management tools and techniques. Important: The assessment is modified in that a c-control chart is to be created for a pair of ski pants. Production had been stopped over the weekend and a few adjustments made to its design and sowing. You are responsible for development of the updated c control chart for the number of defects as described on p.353 in the course textbook. Assessment Criteria Your paper will be assessed according to the following criteria. Content 90% Responses to assessment questions must demonstrate in depth understanding of the quality management issues and appropriate application of quality management tools and techniques. The questions have equal weight. Referencing 5% Appropriate in-text referencing and reference list. Adherence to CQUniversity Harvard Reference Style. Written Communication 5% Structure, expression, spelling, punctuation and grammar. Concise and within (+/-10%) of the word limit: 1500 words.
