Target Corporation is the second-largest department store retailer in the United States, behind Walmart, and is a component of the S&P 500 Index The external environment is there number one benefit- They offer a red card which gives customers a 5% discount plus free easy returns which makes it an attractive industry because who doesn't want to save money, That formulation strategy brings customers in the door, since you're saving tremendously.
