Based on the strengths and weaknesses you discovered, determine what steps the company could take to positively impact the companys competitiveness.

a. Explain your rationale.

Respond to classmate:

There are so many different type of brands that companies use. The three that stick out for me are one is McDonalds. The reason why is because McDonalds been around along time and it is changing with the time. They even have Wifi in every McDonalds. The McDonalds logo is known all over the world.

The second brands that stick and will last along time is Facebook. Facebook only been out for fifteen years but it is getting bigger everyday. Showing all type of ways a person can connect with friends and family all over the world. Facebook will last along time.

The last brand that will go the distance is the Pepsi. Everybody knows the red, white and blue can. It been around a long time and it will last longer.

The internets capabilities will have a great effect on all the brands. McDonalds have internet in every café. The internet is great for Facebook. A person has to have it to login in. The internets will do well with all the brands.
