Based upon, "There Is No Evidence of Racial Discrimination in the Criminal Justice System," (Beaver et al, 2013), Perazzo, strongly believes there's no racial discrimination on African Americans. As Perazzo examined, Barack Obama talks about how the past decades there has no bias affecting the society but in this decade there has been bias regarding African Americans. As evidence has shows in the article, the gap and it's between 11 percent Africans Americans representing in the United States but it's has arranged that mostly 50% African Americans has enter state prison each year in the United States. Barack Obama have been stress out on the situation that is happened and still occur, over the past two and three decades bias has increased over the generation.
