In this section, you will write about the development of your ethical foundation based on Erik Erikson's Theory of Psychological Development.
Subheading: 0-11 Years of Age
In this sub-section, write about the development of your ethical foundation between the ages of 0 and 11 based on based on Erik Erikson's Theory of Psychological Development:
• Infancy (birth to 18 months)
• Early Childhood (2 to 3 years of age)
• Preschool (3 to 5 years of age)
• School Age (6 to 11 years of age)
Answer the following:
• Ethical Development
o Who or what was instrumental in the development of your ethical foundation and ethics during this stage of your life? (my father, my Mom)
o Who taught you right and wrong? ( My father , My Mom )
o What were the ethical principles that were taught to you during this stage of your life? ( My mom )
o Are there any books, philosophies or religious instruction that were instrumental during this stage of your life? If so, what were they? (NO)
Ethical Challenges
o Write about examples of when and where your ethical foundation was reinforced or challenged during this time frame.
o What issues did you encounter?
o How were these issues resolved?
o What are life lessons that you learned during this stage of your life?
o Include stories that involve family, friends, the community, school (kindergarten, elementary, teachers, coaches, etc.), sports, or anyone or anything else that was involved with any challenges or reinforcements to your ethical foundation or ethics in general.
o Another way of looking at this section is any answering where have you learned life's lessons, and who was part of these lessons?
Subheading: 12-18 Years of Age
In this sub-section, write about the development of your ethical foundation between the ages of 12 and 18 based on based on Erik Erikson's Theory of Psychological Development:
• Adolescence (12 to 18 years of age)

o What are specific ethical principles that you learned during this stage of your life?
o Who or what was instrumental in this ethical development?

o Write about examples of when and where your ethical foundation was reinforced or challenged during this time frame.

o Include stories that involve family, friends, the community, school (middle school, high school teacher, coach, etc.), sports or anyone or anything else that was involved with any challenges or reinforcements to your ethical foundation or ethics in general.
Subheading: 19 Years of Age to the Present
In this sub-section and the following three sections, will write about the development of your ethical foundation between the ages of 19 to the present based on based on Erik Erikson's Theory of Psychological Development:
• Young Adulthood (19 to 25years of age).
