Bargaining

Bargaining is the procedure of, debating, cajoling, discussing and even threatening so as to arrive at an agreeable agreement for those being represented. Wages and working traditionally conditions have been the main focus areas of collective bargaining. While companies are hit by recession, they cannot offer the type of wages and benefits demanded by workforce. At the similar time they cannot survive without the latter's support.  The achievement of collective bargaining based on the knowledge and skills of the negotiators.
