Ask Operation Management Expert

At the completion and closing of a project, it’s very difficult to have a “Lessons Learned” meeting because everybody say’s they’re too busy, etc. However, we know that no one wants to admit to the mistakes made in the last project. As the manager of this project, how would you encourage the project team to participate in such a meeting where mistakes will be highlighted and include the team members that made them?
