At first my implant didn't hurt, but the last few days, I got it a little over a week ago, I've been experiencing sharp pains around the location. It's not constant, but it's annoying. It's almost like it's poking out. It doesn't hurt to put pressure on it, but sometimes it hurts when I lightly touch it. Do I need to be concerned or is this all part of the healing process? Did your nexplanon implant have sharp pains from time to time about a week after you got it?
