Assuming your group owns a marketing consultant firm. You found out that the managers of the following companies are seeking your help in improving their performance in a particular product. (Each group will be assigned one company).

Before you approach the company to offer your consultancy service, you will need to prepare yourselves by getting to know the background of the product (history, development) and not just the stated company's background.

Assume your consultant company has been hired by the managers of the company stated above to tell them how to improve and suggest new ways to market their product in Malaysia for the future. (Look into 4P's based on the specified product).

The more information you provide to the top managers, the better your evaluation would be.

In addition, the managers want a report on their main competitors (as listed below), they are particularly interested in finding out the strong points/specialties of their main competitors and their marketing strategies.

Submit a copy of your written project report (not more than 1500 words) and oral presentation materials (in soft and hard copy) to the lecturer before the presentation.

References: A Reference List is to be supplied as appendix. Details of all sources of information need to be provided, including details of any interviews and interviewees (if applicable).

The idea of this presentation is to make it interesting, precise, colorful, catchy utilizing full multimedia resources.

Note: Students who are reported not having contributed to the group assignment will not be awarded any marks.
