At the same time, your teachers or trainers have remained the same. Recently, there has been a growing number of reports of potentially discriminatory treatment. Prepare a plan for investigating this problem and proposing training that might address the issues identified. In your plan, include the following:

• A description of the changes in the learner population
• How cultural diversity may affect learning
• The impact that training may have on addressing these problems
