Explain the process you would follow (in detail) to enter into a contractual arrangement. What requirements would you be looking for in the firm you chose to produce and market your invention?

•Outsourcing has been increasing at an increasing rate. More and more companies are looking at outsourcing their technical support and services. First determine the two countries where most of the outsourcing has been going. Do you feel the trend will continue?
