You have just been highly recruited to replace the current CEO of Wells Fargo Bank (Timothy J. Sloan) primarily attributable to the multiple ethical lapses over the past few years. The Board of Directors of this once highly esteemed entity is hoping that you will return this behemoth giant to the prominence established by its co-founders Henry Wells and William Fargo.

Your formidable and quite challenging task(s) will be as follows:

• Develop a brief history of the organization.
• Enumerate what the ethical lapses/concerns are.
• Who or what is responsible for the ethical lapses and why?
• How would you effectively resolve the ethical issues you have discovered?
• How do you know they are viable for the company and why?
• Are the solutions sustainable and why?
• Concluding remarks which are where you briefly synthesize everything for the Board of Directors.

The paper MUST strictly adhere to the following:

• Be AM 6'h Edition compliant.
• Mus be a minimum of 12-pages (exclusive of cover page and references pages).
• Must be double spaced.
• Cover page prototype must be strictly adhered to.
• DO NOT forget to paginate your work at the bottom of each page directly in the center.
• An abstract is optional and will not count towards your page count.
• You MUST have ONLY five scholarly sources included in the paper.
