Assignment:

You are required to visit the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting- Visions for a Shared Future.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) meets annually in Davos, Switzerland to create the foremost global partnership of business, political, intellectual, and other leaders of civil organizations. Individuals can attend these events in Davos only by invitation. Students like you are also invited if you meet their criteria! May be in the future you would be the individual invited to attend.

This annual meeting is from January 23rd to 26th 2018, and I encourage you to attend some of the live webinars, or watch archived events over the next four days. This will certainly add to the broad and deep knowledge of the business world that you are looking to gain by attending class.

Now what are you exactly supposed to do? You are required to watch the Pre-Meeting Press Conference which is now already available before the start of the event and look at the different events for the day and choose a few you believe are worth watching over the next four days and come prepared to discuss these in class. You will be required to turn in a complete 1-2 page paper stating which event impressed you the most and the new information learned by watching these events.

Requirements:

Your paper must be complete 1-2 pages, double spaced, must included 3 paragraphs, and formatted in a standard MLA format. You need to cite and include all references in MLA format too.
