Then compare and contrast the similarities/differences in human resource (HR) management for organizations that are unionized vs. non-unionized. Summarize which type of health care organization (unionized for-profit or non-unionized non-profit) you would most want to work for as an HR manager with rationale specifically addressing communication, performance, and organizational processes.
