Using the same generic business that your team chose, conduct an environmental analysis. The company you select for this assignment is used throughout the course.
Analyze your selected business environment in a minimum of 1,400 words in which you include the following:
• Consider the following for the internal environment of your selected organization:
o Identify the stakeholders and their interests or claims on the organization.
o Identify each stakeholder's authority and responsibilities to the organization.
• Consider the following for the external environment of your selected organization:
o Identify the stakeholders and their interests or claims on the organization.
o Identify each stakeholder's authority and responsibilities to the organization.
• Evaluate all segments of the general business environment and identify some trends that may affect the business:
o Analyze how those trends are affecting the business.
o Identify projections about possible outcomes.
o Specify implications to the business.
o Recommend three changes that would improve the overall structure and culture of the company.
